The purpose of my camping trip was to attempt to climb some of the Torridon beauties one of which is Beinn Alligin which has two munros:
With Tom na Gruagaich and Sgurr Mhor.
The views from the top of Tom na Gruagaich are awesome , taking in the end-on perspective of Liathach, beyond it Beinn Eighe (tomorrow’s beauty), vast expanses of sea extending beyond Isle of Skye, and best of all the ridge stretching towards the summit of Sgurr Mhor, the highest point on Beinn Alligin: complete with the magnificent gash the Eag Dhubh, or "Black Cleft" a gully directly below the summit.
The Horns of Alligin I’ve kept for another day. I’ll need more than ginger beer when I do them.
