BC, Holly and I set off for the Lakes – our stop over en route to Oban. Just got the tent up before the heavens opened. Phew. I do like to get the tent up dry! The tent is billed as a 3 person tent: well, little as I am, I can vouch for the fact that with 2 women and a dog it was cosy: very cosy. Promised BC breakfast at Tebay services – good even for those vegans amongst us and then on to Scotland. Had enjoyed my trip to London but had missed Meg hugely. What a welcome I got when we arrived at my brother’s. Brother, sister-in-law and Meg had all fallen in love with each other which is lovely. But she’s still my girl!
