This was the second time I walked Cruach Ardrain and for the second time I saw absolutely nothing! Very very thick mist and once again sheep beat me to the summit. Previously I hadn’t even attempted to reach Beinn Tulaichean. This time, with confidence in using compass much improved, I went for it. And I’m glad I did. For just 5 seconds when I reached the summit, the cloud cleared to show me what was below. Stunning scenery. Well worth the effort. I now I’ll want to walk it again on a clear day.
