D and I both love being mesmerized by the Glasgow Christmas Lights.
We had hoped to see them before Christmas but with the weather so poor outside our wee Oban oasis, we had to postpone our trip. We avidly watched the forecast and got our break today. We did a wee bit shopping at the Braehead Mall (only for those with very strong constitutions at this time of year) then headed for George Square and the style mile. Wow. The lights were dazzling. I particularly liked Santa’s Reindeer and sleigh and the chandeliers of the Corinthian club were spectacular, as was George Square itself.
