Five of us ADs met up at the Morningside Clock for a pre dinner stroll up the Braids.It was a perfect evening with spectacular views across Edinburgh, and to North Berwick in the East and towards the Trossachs in the West. Dinner was in the Stable Bar: delicious pub food topped off with some local beers. I tried Deuchars IPA and Pentland IPA. Far too morish!
The sunset was beautiful and infact daylight diminshed far too quickly and we had to make our way back through the woods by the light of mobile phones! Not a torch between us.
