Staycation is what I'm told having a vacation at home is logged as. And this was a fab vacation: D in Oban for the whole period; me on holiday for the entire break too. Had my first ever Christmas Tree! As I'd left it so late to suggest I get one, it was a plastic one - and really looked the part. D and I built the tree and decorated it on Christmas Eve. Just to make it interesting we used the instructions for 8 foreign languages! No Englsih allowed. The rainbow fairy lighted completed the decor. Our success we toasted with Ginger Wine - alcohol free and firey. Slainte.
